Equipped with double tip: one suitable for European / metric thread needles (EU) and one for American / Imperial thread needles.

Dental Anaesthetic Cartridge Syringe - Leur-Lok breach loading / Basal-loading / Rear-loading / Harpoon type - Flat Arrow Head.  The piston is retracted and rotated to allow the insertion of the carpule into the syringe barrel.
