The four-stage Soft-Disc polishing disc system from BUSCH offers you a wide range of options for optimal polishing of gold, composites and amalgam . These soft discs are very flexible, which means they can be used to pull or push. The Soft-Disc discs are available in sizes 100 and 140 unassembled or as a set including carrier.

From the laying of amalgam, the completion of direct composite fillings and the insertion of smaller and larger gold fillings up to partial crowns, a polishing rework is necessary, also in the interdental area.

With the Soft Discs, BUSCH offers a 4-stage polishing system for dentistry with coarse, medium, fine and extra-fine grit sizes.

Depending on the installation, the flexible discs, which are coated on one side with corundum, can be pulled or pushed. Through the targeted use of only one-sided coating, the surface of the neighboring tooth that is not to be polished remains without grinding marks. The Soft Discs are used in anterior and premolar areas that are not at risk of injury and are available in sizes 100 and 140.

The different levels of polishing can be easily distinguished by four color gradations: coarse - red, medium - orange, fine - light orange, extra fine - yellow. Depending on the size and grit, the discs are packed in packs of 100, or are available in a soft disc set with four x 25 pieces per grit + carrier in size 100 and 140.

The Soft Discs are disposable instruments and cannot be sterilized; they are delivered unassembled and can simply be attached to the special carrier. This is suitable for all common disinfection, cleaning and sterilization methods in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
